Titanium pipe fittings processing method has a variety of methods, many also belong to the category of mechanical processing, the most used is the stamping method, forging method, roller processing method, rolling method, bulging method, stretching method, bending method, and the combination of processing method. Pipe processing is the organic combination of machining and metal pressure processing.
Examples are as follows:
Forging method: with the type of forging machine will be the end of the tube or a part of the punch to be stretched, so that the outside diameter is reduced, commonly used type of forging machine has a rotary, rod type, roller type.
Stamping method: the tube end is expanded to the required size and shape with a taper core on the press.
Roller method: The core is placed inside the tube and the outer periphery is pushed with rollers for round edge processing.
Rolling method: generally do not use the mandrel, suitable for thick-walled tube inside the round edge.
Bending and forming method: there are three methods more commonly used, a method called stretching method, another method called stamping method, the third is more familiar with the roller method, there are 3-4 rollers, two fixed rollers, an adjusting roller, adjust the fixed roller distance, the finished pipe fittings are bent. This method is more widely used, if the production of spiral pipe, the curvature can also be increased.
