What are the methods of surface treatment of non-standard bolts?

In the production process of non-standard bolts, it is very important to do a good job of surface treatment. Now let titanium standard parts manufacturers take you to understand.
 
　　1. Mechanical plating: by coating metal particles and cold welding the coating to the surface of the product, thus affecting the surface of the product.
 
　　2. Electroplating: Plated parts are immersed in an aqueous solution containing deposited metal compounds, and current is passed through the plating tank to precipitate the plated metal and deposit it on the component. General plating is galvanized, copper, nickel, chromium, copper-nickel alloy, etc., and sometimes black (blue), phosphating, etc.
 
　　3. Hot-dip galvanizing: This is accomplished by immersing carbon steel parts in a molten pool at a temperature of about 510°C. The steel parts are then dipped into a molten pool. As a result, the zinc-iron alloy on the surface of the steel part gradually turns into passivated zinc on the outer surface of the product. Hot dip galvanizing is a similar process.
 
　　Therefore, non-standard bolts need to choose the appropriate surface treatment method according to the actual situation to ensure its good performance.
