Non-standard titanium tee welding is a section of titanium pipe plus a small branch pipe, obviously, the two large sizes are the main pipe, the middle indirectly out of the small size is the branch pipe. In the pure oxygen pipeline, is generally under pressure, the oxygen activity is greater; such as the use of welded tee, as long as the pipe debris in the oxygen flow with the flow of movement, due to changes in diameter, flow rate changes may cause debris and pipe collision with the production of ignition or due to changes in flow rate produced by the static discharge, may cause the pure oxygen pipe on fire. Welded tee is widely used in petroleum, aerospace pharmaceutical, chemical, metallurgy, electric power, military, engineering supporting industrial pipelines. There are two kinds of production process: one is seamless cold-drawn tee and the other is sewn welded tee.
