Vanadium Aluminum Alloy is a vanadium additive used in the production of Titanium Alloy such as Ti-6Al-4V. The vanadium content is divided into three grades, 50%, 65% and 85%, with the balance being aluminum. Because they are vacuum smelting additives, they are often labeled “VQ” (vacuum quality).
