H. Reduce labor intensity and improve working environment. Lead anode has the disadvantages of large weight, soft material, thinning and easy deformation in production, which leads to easy deformation of cathode nickel plate, and the workers need to often flat plate in production, with high labor intensity. At the same time, because lead is a heavy metal, toxic, affecting the human nervous system, serious pollution of the environment. Meanwhile, barium carbonate used for removing lead is also highly toxic. Titanium-based lead dioxide anode is higher than lead anode electrolytic activity to save 8% of energy consumption; high quality cathode products with higher selling price. The combined benefits of these advantages will be very considerable.
