Comparison of titanium-based lead dioxide anodes and conventional lead anodes

C. Since the titanium substrate is not consumed in the electrolysis process, the titanium substrate can be recoated repeatedly.
D. High current efficiency. At present, the current efficiency of our titanium anode can reach 93-95%, while the current efficiency of traditional lead anode is only 89-91%.
E. Low tank voltage. The tank voltage of titanium-based lead dioxide anode produced by our company is 2%-3% lower than that of lead anode, so the power saving effect is very obvious.
F. High quality of cathode products. As the solution does not contain lead, lead pollution is eliminated.

Meanwhile, barium carbonate used for removing lead is also highly toxic.
